Lack of Transparency/Creative Accounting Word has it that the trustees are attempting to move forward with a town hall expansion without a town vote. A vote on this issue was needed 5 years ago, and the vote was NO. A vote it is needed/required now. Moving forward on a 20 million dollar project without a vote shows a lack of integrity. The town can’t afford over 50 million (water project included). Moving funds in the budget, to make it appear we can is creative accounting; and unethical.
