22-170 Executive Session: 1) To hold a conference with the Town Attorney and the Town's litigation counsel to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), regarding the AIG litigation; and 2) To consider the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer or sale of real, personal or other property, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a), to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), and to hold a conference with the Town Attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), concerning the Town's purchase of the Regency property; and 3) To determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), regarding Tebo Properties
